Sold bad memory damage my logic board haven't. Refunded my money and won't answer the phone once they know it's me

Have been trying to reach them spoke to Isaac which was disapointed I mention his name online. They were supose to work out a deal with be under one condition I give them I good review. So I told him I would once I had my refund for memory I returned and mac repair. He said he was going to fix things. Well I am still waiting. I need help here.
