I returned a camera which I ordered in error, and also a memory card. I told the clerk when I got the return authorization that I would return the memory card with the camera, even though it was not opened.
They charged me 15% restocking charge on the camera, and say they did not receive the memory card. I called in July, and the customer support person I spoke to said they would issue the credit, but they have not. Today I spoke again to a Customer Service person, and he said they would not give me a credit.
I was very unhappy with their support, and would not buy from them again.
