I ordered two 1GB memory for my PC. They sent the wrong kind of memory. It took more than 10 attempts over a week to get a call answered, and obtained an RMA number. Sent in the memory as instructed, and over the last 3 months have been lied to about the credit being issue "that night". I have filed a dispute with my debit card issuer this week. To the point, they lie, cheat and steal. I spent $100 on bad memory, another $15 to ship back and SHAWN from MicroParts USA, Inc., repeats the same line. I believe they are a great candidate for consumer complaintsing.
