As an existing customer, I ordered a new domain name via the justhost control panel, paid for it, received a receipt, and checked to see it was in my domain list. So far so good. A month later, after a tiring, multi-organizational effort developing the website, planning branding and marketing strategies, we were set to launch — onto find out that the domain was in someone else's name, registered a full three weeks AFTER I registered it. Just Host gave me the runaround for two days until they finally admitted that they never completed the process. However they could care less that literally hundreds of hours of manpower and a few thousand dollars went into creating an identity around this domain name. At least if they said, "we are very sorry, let us compensate with a free year of hosting..." or SOMETHING. Anything. This is a faceless, heartless company. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra dollars and find a reputable host.
