On 4/8 i contacted windstream for phone/int. Bundle. Explained at length to broker that I had been on the fixed-income and desired a precise cost offer in advance. After explaing at length and really givng me what my price could be for 1st-2nd and 3rd month, i requested the windstream broker if it was with all fees etc inc. When I didnt need any hidden expenses, she responded again your statement is likely to be xxfor 1st month xx2nd month xx3rdmonth have you been accepting to that particular? I stated yes. Was informed device might appear via advantages was handed setup day of 4/12 informed might deploy home. Device comes 4/12. Tried to set up no support, windstream callNumber 1- ma'am its showing you've service check it out again and call again if it doesnt wwork callNumber 2 properly its showing on our finish you have to be doing something amiss may connect with technology - they disconnected me. Response was ma'am we've no report of this deal or if or why you had been cited that-but you have to spend quantity on bill. Now I'm a liar. So below I'm having a statement icant pay coping with a business i now consider deceptive. I'll stop my support and record them to anyone who'll hear. I quit my previous supplier after year 5 simply because they changed hands and int became unpredictable. Usually paid my statement and quit on excellent conditions.
