Please individuals do not person this company. I requested Blossoms for my mother on May 6th to become shipped on May 9th since she was outoftown.
They called me at 3:45 pm on Friday to see me they "had simply determined" they couldn't load the purchase simply because they do not have anymore blossoms.
Then I contact and every customer support representative was rude and didn't provide a traveling garbage that my mother was not likely to obtain plants. They stated "we are able to ask them to out someday this week" TRULY???
And So I requested to get a reimbursement after which called my mother. Which means this day I record into my banking account and recognize they did not place a credit through they charged me AGAIN. Therefore again I contact customer support repetition, rude again, really cussed at me, that was excellent. Gas the flame idiots. So that they state, yes it'll display like a cost for 5-7 business days till it's really returned. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How is the fact that actually legitimate???
