Microsoft online servi bill. MS.net ripoff fraudulent charge microsof sucks

I have also received a fraudulent charge from "MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL. MS.net" on my mastercard. I have fought the charge and am waiting on the credit card company's confirmation of dismissal of charge, in the meantime, does anyone know what the charge is for, which service/product?

I'm almost certain that MasterCard is just going to take the charge off, laughing in Microsoft's face, but I would like to know what the charge is for, and MOREOVER, how they got my credit card info. I was thinking identity theft at first, but I'm seeing quite a few people with this same issue, so I'm not as sure anymore, anyways any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
