I ordered a 512 MB SODIM DDR 333 RAM bar from MemorySuppliers. It was advertised as Samsung. I got something else in the mailbox, a NONAME RAM that worked for 3 days and died. Lousy quality.
I returned the item in good faith and was waiting for refund!
No confirmation, nothing for 12 days. After several attempts I ended up with a written confirmation of refund for $109 USD.
What I got on my VISA was just $89US, less than the RAM's price! When I tried to get an explanation. I was given an e-mail address and that's it! [email protected] and was told that Leo Friedman is the boss! Sent him an e-mail and no response! Very disappointed! Stay away of memory suppliers! I really hope someone will do something about it!
