I've handled these folks twice today, the very first time I had been faked in by their cool website & their low cost label & statements of "lightning-fast recovery period" etc (yes lightning-fast for an arthritic turtle on dope!) - the reality they're page-1 google for site headers - I did so ultimately obtain a header the very first time I paid for their style strategy 2 which guaranteed 5 changes... Obviously after several emails I never got the revisions I expected for. Anyhow after approximately annually I determined that I needed to modify my header & simply because they had completed an o. K work I believed the only path to obtain it modified is always to order again and so I stupidly paid the $30 again for paln 2 (my very own problem I understand, once attacked twice afraid et, d but I considered nicely easily obtain a fantastic header then it wouild be worthwhile) again I acquired a contact your day after I'd paid declaring "Hello Matt, Obtained your Header purchase, thanks a great deal, our present change time is about 2-3 times, we shall try to have your purchase sent in this period, but please have persistence throughout the procedure as occasionally we're truly hectic as well as your purchase might have a little longer" it's now been precisely per month since my purchase & despite several emails - no reaction at-all from websiteheaders.net.
I sent them a note recently immediately via their site stating that I'd consider appropriate action against them Easily didn't recive a reimbursement to my paypal account of $45 that will be the 2 strategy 2is without the $15 for my first header that they did ultimately create but without any changes as advertised.
The corporation is just a disadvantage I'd counsel you to try and discover additional way to obtain a header for the website.
