I ordered toner for our printer Feb 3, and I have yet to receive product. I have sent at least 6 emails to [email protected] with no answer back. There is NO human being to speak with. The only phone number I could find was just a voice mail. I have faxed my copy of my order and yet to hear anything as well.
I am sorry that I did not do further investigation BEFORE I purchased anything from this company.
