We have ordered from them many times in the past, including an order placed May 25, which we did receive. But on June 15, we ordered 3 toner cartridges and recently realized, when we went to the supply cabinet to get one of them, that we never received them. I have sent several emails, which is the only contact choice they provide, but have received nothing but the automated message thanking me for my email. If anyone knows how to get in touch with them, please post the information.
