Promo_Tex / Moises Fisboin, ordered customized promotional products from us for the purpose of re-selling to his customer, Florida International University, Latin American and Carribbean Center (DM353), Miami.
We fulfilled his order and shipped it.
Payment was due, he (mr. Fisboin) send us a check.
But the day after he sent the check, he called us with a story that he would need us to send the check back to him and he would pay with a different account.
This has never happened. We have communicated with them numerous times, he always says he'll make payment, but never has.
This debt is outstandring from 5/21.
We would not suggest eating at crepe factory, they may do something to the food.
Nor have your car washed at Bubbles, they may put sugar in your gas tank.
Once a person cannot be trusted, they simply cannot be trusted in anything they do.
Watch out for this one - They WILL RIP YOU OFF!
