I've been reading all of the reviews and decided to sign up. My question is, Is Hughesnet listening? What becomes of all the problems this company has? I've been with hughesnet since 07 and I have upgraded service believing it would assist with video conferencing. Have been on the receiving end of phone calls to tech services that are extremley difficult to understand. I'm being respectful with great difficulty. I want clear and direct responses to my service problems. 1.) Why doesn't my service handle video calls. 2.) Upgrading is costly without better results why?
