Appletree is one of the worst companies I ever worked with. It takes 1 -2 minutes to pick up the phone, so your clients are waiting that much time, then on the top of that, they get into a PBX recorded voice where they have to wait for another 30 - 60 seconds.
Their agents seem to have a lot of work so they are running on the phone and will make your client to hung up fast so is enough for them to pick up other calls. They are expensive for the level of service they offer.
Definitively, whatever they call ""training" doesn't help at all since doesn't matter how many times you speak with the managers and reps, they will never do what you asked for: no greetings when finishing the call, they tell people that no one is available instead of asking for phone and personal details first, so the clients don't hung up, their level of service does not justify their rates.
Then they tell you they cannot provide you with the service they promised you and they cannot follow the directions indicated at the initial contract, which was used for sales purposes. They lie, and you cannot get refunded, and you are left in the middle of the day without and you have to start looking for a new one while they bill you and do not provide you with nothing.
I am not surprised why they have so many reviews here in RippOff report and around the internet.
