This Fake Virus Alert is the Virus. It is called the System Tool Virus. Reboot to Safe Mode
by hitting F8.install Malware-bytes, run a full system scan, it should find System Tool
and delete it. Beware this one is nasty, it looks and feels real, it locks up your computer
and goes right through your Firewall. If you gave your Credit Card info to Best Soft Solution.com
call your credit card company immediately to dispute the billing and ask for their fax number to say
this is a fraudulent transaction, you do not recognize this company and did not authorize any
billing. You must also cancel the card and have them re-issue a new one.
