I was using my Labtop computer on March 13 when I was assaulted with a scan tool that reported my computer was infected. My system locked up and a screen appeared covering my whole screen. I was not able to scan my system for viruses or spy ware as I had no control of my. I was then (on screen) given an option to clean my system or purchase a virus tool priced at $59.95, $69.95 or $79.95 and my swystem would be cleaned and virus free. I tried for 1 hour to scan my system to no avail. I then felt hostage to the virus and paid the fee of $59.95. I did not receive a download or icon for my computer nor was I givin a or address or Phone number from Marketing Soft Solutions. Then when I put My HSBC Mastercharge creditcard was charged $99.90 instead of $59.95. I can not find anytrace of them until they actually pulled money out of my account. And I would not accept further ripoff but they took the off and next day I had and they have my money right now for $99.90. (March 15).
I am currently disputing the charge due to the fact that I was not given the option of buying the voluntaryly. I complained to HSBC Master creditcard not pay to Marketing soft solution BAKU but HSBC Bank paid $99.90 on March15. Still I am complainning for charge $99.90 with HSBC Bank.
I will also file a dispute with my HSBC bank when I get home from Australia-New Zealand vacation trip. I have reported this to my HSBC Mastercard Creditcard company and they said that they have been getting reports from Marketing Soft Solutions within 3 weeks but still i did not get it.
