My computer started having a pop up from my "security tool" telling me i had viruses and that i had to pay $49.95 to restore my computer. After two weeks of not using the computer i decided i had better pay for the security tool "anti virus" protection so that my services would resume back to normal, since there was a "30 day guarantee". Well after two weeks i noticed that there were still problems on my computer so i emailed real gold soft thru my security program (on 3 occasions) to receive the money back guarantee. They never got back to me, so i was forced to file a charge back today with my bank. While on the phone with my bank, i looked up real gold soft on a google search, i noticed that other people were ripped off as well by their virus. This company is so unethical!!!
