This company has the worse customer relations I have ever seen in my entire life! I have dealt with some real loosers out there, but Web Hosting Pad ranks #1.
This is a web hosting/web domain company. I signed up for web hosting service and they charged my credit card $11.95 for some type of company directory listing (whatever that is). I contact support several times and every time I got shot down. I also contacted the BBB about this, but Web Hosting Pad did not reply to it. My credit card gave me a credit for the $11.95 fee.
Then brings us to the next incident, recently. I wanted to change my primary domain name, but Web Hosting Pad wanted to charge me $12 in order to do so... DESPITE not stating this anywhere in their "terms & conditions, billing terms, or their private policy."
I contacted the BBB again and Kelly Fitzgerald replied to my complaint, saying that she would waive this $12 fee.
