I'll repost what I simply published in Comcast own community...

I've been a Comcast client to get a period of time. I've usually employed automated cost when I discover that most convienent. Last Novemeber the financial institution card amount I'd been applying for that automated cost needed to be transformed as somebody had created fraudlent costs on that charge card.
