I was looking around, started to sign up, then decided not to. Next think I know I'm billed $159.00. I called and talked to a rep. Said that you (Zbiddy) would lower the bid package to the lowest one (45 bids) and refund the difference. Plus he said that you (Zbiddy) would send a confirming e-mail (showing that this change and refund were done), which I have yet to see.
