I called the first day I placed my order since I did not receive a confirmation email and got no response. I was charged for 2 day shipping but they sent it to a PO BOX. It took ten days to get here. That was ok except when I asked the rep if i was going to get the regular shipping rate she said that I was still getting charged for 2 day. They can not do two day to a po box. I asked again what are my shipping charges. She just repeated that they could not ship two day to a po box. She would never give an amount.
I asked to be emailed a invoice an tracking info. All I herd was silence. She did give a tracking number and was rude when I asked where to put the tracking number. She responded in a tone as if I was dumb.
I go get my package and call back less than two hours later. The invoice had every item marked as if they checked to make sure it was there. I asked about the two missing items.
