After inquiring about an item in stock and being promised that the item was in stock and ready to ship out that morning, I placed an phone order with "Jesse". I get an email confirmation and since the item was shipped out "the next day" I figured two days time is enough for a tracking number to be generated.
No response from the first email, no response from the 2nd email, I did receive an invoice though! No response from phonecalls and a third email so I finally call the non toll free number and Jesse answers the phone. I reminded him that I was promised shipment on the day the item was ordered but Jesse tells me that I should have asked for Next Day shipping.
Every lie Jesse tells me, I counter with truth and when it comes to returning the item, I am expected to pay for return shipping and be subject to a restocking fee. I have yet to receive the tracking number that was promised and the owner "Daniel" who isn't in has yet to call me. So the company is here to make promises, take money but can't deliver and this is called customer service.
Do your self a favor, do not order from this company. One simple transaction is all I wanted to complete and I have had nothing buy grief. I order online a lot and will continue to do so, but when it comes to a company ripping off consumers, I have no problem letting enough people know so that they can simply move on to the next company.
