Requested a wow mat on the 9/12 for guarenteed christmas shipping came on the 10/1 it had been defective whilst the receptive touchscreen didnt react with contact or stylus pen after I delivered e-mail and informed them the issue they stated it might not be defective and stated I really could not deliver it back of course if I did so I'd need to purchase shipping both methods, delivered it back regardless and settled shipping on 14/1, iwas told it had been defective however they have set it and therefore are delivering it back, it's today 6 march and that I have still not received something, after numerous emails any recommend anybody aside from dont feel computer perspective having a barge pole.
