Drop shipped a Faulty alternator and failer to apply a refund

I ordered a Alternator from Fleetalternator.com and they posted the order on my credit card right away but because they drop ship your items it was not shipped for 4 days after. When I got the alternator and installed the unit it was faulty and did not produce any charge output at all. I contacted fleetalternator by e-mail as directed and a reply with attitude. I further contacted them again about my returning it at my cost and a refund for the faulty alternator.
I was told by e-mail that when he receives it back that he would give me a full refund on the faulty alternator.
I shipped it back right away at my cost and the tracking from UPS said he received it 11/02 and as of today 11/291 I have not received any refund posted on my credit card. My last contact that he answered me about my asking when the refund will be posted on my card was (Friday) 11/04 and he said "Early next week depending on when the banks clear it.". Further e-mails with fleetalternator about my refund on 11/17 and 11/22 has been ignored and not answered as well as no refund at all on the returned alternator.
