I closed my account with VYLMedia on December 14. They said they would send me an email on where to send their equipment back. I never received an email form VYLMedia on where to send their equipment. On January 11th VYLMedia charged my account $99.00 for failing to return their equipment.
I found out latter through emails with VYLMedia, that VYLMedia sent the information on where to send their equipment to a wrong email account. The email account they used was the email address I used to sign up for the service, which I no longer had. I had changed my email account with VYLMedia in November after moving to a new location. VYLMedia had been using the new account in correspondence with me after the change in 2008.
VYLMedia received their equipment back via UPSP on 01/18 5:56pm as noted by UPSP tracking Label Number: 0196 9010 3831 5246 5742.
It is now February 24th and I have not received my $99.00 back yet.
