Don't bother with ITP VoIP, its one step away from FRAUD. They have not listed a physical address and their business hours are unknown as of March 25th. Although ITP VoIP states the order will take 1-3 days to process and no longer than 7 days to receive your equipment, your order will not get processed until a telephone number is assigned for you. If you cancel your order because you cannot wait any longer for ITP VoIP to assign you a telephone number, then be ready to have severe headaches. Even though you haven't received any equipment, service, and your account has NOT been activated they will SCAM you $29.95 activation fee.
No one goes out of their way to write a bad review, however do NOT believe those good reviews on other websites because most likely ITP VoIP employees wrote them. The only reason I ordered their Plan is because of those good reviews that I read on those website and now I am going out of my way to enlighten the public about ITP VoIP.
