City Advantage A ripoff of Money and Time as we try to get our laptop fixed

We have been atempting for months to get our laptop repaired.

We were told that if we got the insurance and if we had problems with our computer we would get a box to ship it out for repairs.

We did that once and it came back in the same condition it left in—BROKE.

Now we get to talk to someone in India who says he doesn't know what to do and maybe we should go on line and look for Circuit City.

What the heck did we pay for???
