I was listed as having a large numberof errors on my computer and wanted to have them errased for me (as im 87 yrs old and i only use the computer for playing games) i have no knowledge of how to do searches and etc. That may be how the errors appeared. I tried to get the corrected by you for 29.99.. But all they did was list directions for downloading how to do it and i never go near down loading so i did not complete the program at all. And assumed it was all cancelled... Previous to all the direction i had submitted my discover card to have you do the work for me. But nothing has been done and besides they charged my discover card for 39.95.. I have put a stoppage to this charge to discover and they are processing this now but told me to contact you also. Date of the transaction was in early feb. 2011
