I signed up for a payday loan and gave them my banking info, I received the loan deposited in my account, 2 days later there is a debit on my account for $49.99 from a company called Unlimited Local Savings aka 777 discount club. Obviously they got my banking account info from this payday loan company.
I did not check any box or agree in any way for this $49.99 charge. Unlimited Local savings drew up some bogus looking check with my name, address and routing and checking account number on it and with drew the money.
I did get my money returned.
Don't let these weasels still your money! First thing to do is dispute it with your bank, they will credit your account and their fraud dept. Will investigate. Next thing to do is report them to the better business bureau, they already have approx. 500 complaints for this same scam. Next post your experience on this web site and report them to any other agency that you can, Hopefully someone can get these thieves to stop victimizing Americans across this country
