This company sells leather and accessories online. I ordered a jacket from them for my boyfriend for Christmas. It did not fit. They have a 30 day guarantee refund window, which I was still in, and their return policy says you must obtain an RMA number by emailing or calling them or else they will not process a return. I called and no one answers, I emailed at least 10 times and no one responded. I filed a visa dispute at my bank and they apparently responded to that, so now I'm back where I started because the bank says I have to return the merchandise and yet I still cannot get a RMA number from the company and therefore if I return it, they will not process the return. PLUS they charge a 15% restocking fee (if they would ever return my attempts to contact them). Beyond that they make you pay your own shipping so you could easily waste 50 bucks of your own money to get a shotty leather coat and return it because it isn't what you thought it would be. Do not purchase from them they will rip you off.
