I ordered aSound ID 510 headsetfrom Headphones Depot last summer. It arrived shortly thereafter and worked great. For Christmas, I ordered two more for my daughters. Only one arrived, but I was charged for two. I emailed headphonesdepot.com about sending the second earpiece.
That was just the beginning. I repeatedly emailed, tried to call (mailbox is full) and finally wrote to Daniel Hines at2680 Lehman RD, 501, Cincinnati, OH 45204, but to this date have received no response.
I went elsewhere for the second headset, but of course it was after Christmas. Now, I just want my money back.
I was looking for a site like yours, as I figured others were having the same difficulty. Needless to say, the headphonesdepot.com site is down. As another individual said, this guy was probably operating out of his apartment.
