Extremely obnoxious when terminating service. My internet bill from Qwest went up from 19.99 per month (6 months) to suddenly over 110.00 (internet alone) - they did not disclose this price initially. I told them I decided to change to MediaCom, and they put me on hold FORVER - finally the very obnoxious guy (extremely RUDE) agreed to terminate the service - HE SOUNDED MAD, I ASKED HIM TO MAIL CONFIRMATION STATEMENT (TERMINATION OF SERVICE WITH QWEST) - ALMOST THREATENING TONE OF VOICE. Now are they going to annoy me again by not keeping their words??? (I read they keep charging even after termination of service).
