Com, Internet Services ripoff I was charged 7 times in 2 months after canceling the service NY And Los Angelas

I signed up for an internet access company in the beginning of August.By the end of August I decided to cancel. I have been charged 13.00 on 9/2,9/29,10/2,10/7,10/24,11/10 and 11/13 so far. I have e mailed them and called them repeatedly to no avail.
