To whom it may concern at aol:

I am writing to let you know that i will be having your company
investigated for failure to provide to your customers. You are a
company which frauds your customers. My documentation provided
will prove that.

I used a target free 1000 min. Which now i know why you do that.
Just to get innocent people's money and keep it.

A lot of the seattle will know about your scam here in a couple of weeks when i leak this to the news. They love these stories. Nobody can afford to be out of money at this time with lay-offs and economic set backs.

Youu assumed i wanted a yearly service of $239.40 which i did not
want.

I have called and called and nobody in customer service can
give a straight forward or truthful answer.

My account had been withdrawn the $239.40 and a few days later
$33.90 after i changed my plan. The first time i called i had
been told that i would have a refund within 3-days. Well all
i got out of that guy was a $25 overdraft fee with no money
for my thanksgiving dinner.

My two baby boys have to suffer everday for your mistake. They
have no food or diapers but they will live i guess. Their dad
has been layed off but you still cannot put the money in my account.

Two people have told me immediate refund to my account it has been 9 long days and i do not see the money in my account.
We cannot afford someone to take away our money. Not many people in this world can right now anyway.

I do't want others to get involved with your company ane i'd lllike to warn them beforee you do by dishonesty. Target should take away your contract because they are a very honest company. They resolve their errors and problems immediately. They have great customer service as well their employees know what they are talking about. They would not like to know how i was treated i'm sure.

You know all i asked was that my $239.40 be credited so i could have a thanksgiving with my family. But all you did was lie to me. Maybe this can be saved ffrom others if they knew. People do not like to be lied to.

Your company will be a shame in the seattle area when i report this. I'm sure you did not have to have nothing on your table for thanksgiving. We did.

That was all the money we had. Well just remember christmas is right around the corner and if i can let people know you will not have an income and maybe you will see how it feels and i hope it hurts you as much as it did my husband and boys.

Please look at my documents and explain to me what you customer service is doing. I asked for the corporate number and i was told you didn't have one.

Well any company that does not have a corporate number is a disgrace to our country. Every business has a number to be reach for higher ups. That tells everyone you have to many mad people and want to not be bothered with you dissatisfied clients. Maybe your customer service reps. Need not to lie about
things all the time to get mad people off the phone. You tell me?

Documentation of phone calls:

Nov. 14th - talked to george. I was told to wait 3 days and my credit of $239.40
would be refunded in my account. My payment had not been taken out yet. My23.90
would be taken out after.
Nov. 16th - 239.40 deducted from my account.
Nov. 18th - 33.90 taken out of my account.
Nov. 19th - talked to angela and she gave me 2 months free and said she put in for refund fast.
Nov. 20th-talked to virginia. She was very rude and told me she'd diconnect our call. I then asked to cancel my account she transferred me to natalie. She told me i didn't have to cancel she had talked to her supervisor and they would have my refund that day im my account. She told me not to cancel they'd take care of it.
Very sweet girl but she lied.
Nov. 21st - talked to phil he said i should cancel and that i would get immediate credit to my account.
Very nice guy but he lied.
Nov. 23rd - no credit in my account.

Can you please explain your lying to me? Somebody better because i'm out of $239.40 plus $33.90.
Maybe you should be without a job?
