The company ignored e-mails to customer service and ignored Better Business Bureau

I bought ink refills for my printer from MyInkRefills in July. One day the printer showed an error saying the cartridge didn't fit, after weeks of usage, and should be replaced. I used a second and third from the same shipment and none worked. I asked the company twice about their one year guarantee and got no reply from customer service. I referred the matter to the Better Business Bureau and they closed their file saying they got no reply either. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General and am waiting for the process to play out.
