Mr. Arment is a smooth salesman, I hired him to work on my and my girlfreinds computers. A few upgrades and to clean out the systems. He started of just as nice as possalbe and then he started to downgrade us to poor quilaty equpment. And it has taken over 3 months to finish his work and its still not done. One of his jobs was to put a computer togher for a 12 yr old boy to play video games on, and he brings over a old POS. When confronted about his work he makes "idle" theats, He brought a pistol into my house and was showing if off. He says he is Coo Bay Toyotas IT "guy"
