I placed an order on 12/2 for a Gameboy SP. After not hearing back, I emailed the company several times asking for ETA on shipment. Also called several times and FINALLY received an emailed response on 12/15 that my product was on backorder and I would not receive in time for Christmas. I CANCELLED the order. I was told I would receive credit of my 99.99 to my credit card within a few days. I did not.

I called back. I was told it would take about 10 days. I called back on 1/3/04 and was told by Staci that accounting "TOLD THE BANK" to issue me a refund on 12/22/03. That because of the holidays maybe they were being slow.

As of this date, I have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have tried calling the company and now no one answers the phone. They were unresponsive from the beginning and everything theyve ever said has not happened the way it was promised.

Also, according to BBB of Nevada, they had over 60 complaints against them since theyve opened.
I am pretty certain I was RIPPED OFF.
