When I first got my new apartment, I ordered a desk from CrazyGrazer.com It was "delivered" in January of supposedly. I never saw the desk, and since UPS didn't truly deliver it, it went back to the CrazyGrazer warehouse. Upon calling them to reschedule delivery, I got a run around, but finally got a delivery rescheduled. They blamed me for not being home when I ordered delivery for the item, but I was there when the UPS guy failed to show. I had taken off work to be there all day.
Having had enough, I told them to give me a refund of my $360, and they said that they had to talk to someone to cut that big a check. Two owner changes later, I am still waiting on that check. I have wasted time and money calling these people. They sent me a registered letter at the end of last year, acknowledging their debt, but when I called to get the check arranged, they balked. They told me that I would never get my money. I talked to the BBB, but all they did was send me forms to send back.
Since I live so far away from this business, it is impractical for me to take them to Small Claims Court, but I wanted to put my complaint somewhere that people could see it and be warned about the fraudulent practices of this shady business.
