I purchased 1 High Resolution Coated Paper [$9.95] & 1 VP-T04 [$41.95] from 123inkjets.com (Order number. 9615), Now I actually purchased High resolution paper 100 sheets of the value $7.95 while they sent me High Resolution Coated Paper 10 sheets $9.95. They cheated me with the ordered and charged more for the paper and sent me less sheets, the cartridge quality was the worst i have ever seen, it took approx 10 days to get it delivered.
Due to the qualtiy and qunatity of the material I decided to return the goods and get a refund for the purchase, the biggest mistake i ever made, I was left with nothing, now i dont have product neither my money back, representatives hangup the phone when we try to resolve the issue, they come up with all sorts of excuse. My item was returned and received before 20 days and still i dont have any refund from these guys.
Never do a business with these guys they operate under many other names, so more people gets fooled, here is a partial list of the sites, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from these guys.
