I bought a Compaq Presario 7001CL Desktop Computer February. I got it through Tiger Electronics. It came with a 1 Year Extended Warranty. It never worked right. I contacted Compaq within 2 weeks after receiving it. They told me to go to Tiger for Service, Tiger told me to go to Compaq. I finally figured out it was the Video Card that was overheating. Bought a new one from Tiger along with Several fans and paid to have them installed at a Certified Tech Shop.

A few months later it again began acting up and I had it checked out by a Tech. He decided it is the Mother Board. I contacted Compaq and they refuse to even talk to me. I was told it was not their Problem. Just this week I received a Renewal Notice for the Warranty #1633-66108873 to renew the Warranty. I called the Warranrty Company who deny that I have one. I have their Letter right here.

So it goes round and round, with no one willing to fix it. The Warranty will be running out on Jan 1. If they do not repair it I am going to have it done by a Tech and Sue them in Small Claims Court for the Cost of repairs.
