I bought my compaq about 1 1/2 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble out of it. The cd-rom went out in only six monthsafter if got it. I have replace the modem and about a week agoI had to replace the processer. It was defective. The fan that was supposed to cool the processer was not installed right which made the processer over heat and lock up my computer. I paid alot of money for this computer. I thought I would get help from them but I did not because my tech support time has run out
They will not talk to me unless I pay them. I think that is bad business. I will never buy a Compaq product ever again.
