NAMO Ghosts - Fail to Honor Return

I have been trying to resolve a return based on the policy of Comp USA - Pittsburgh, PA and NAMO for computer software return - 30 Day money back guarantee

Note this has not been opened - I first went back to Comp USA and they advised to send directly back to NAMO - I attempted many time contact them no return on emails and faxes - no known good number, COMPUSA advised to send back directly

I did so by Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation, and Insured.

It was returned back - NO RMA

I then again tried calling and sending - no response - except an email that stated they had a policy

When looking more into it it appears they are Korean Based Company

I find that they have not honored their Guarantee along with the flim lam with COMPUSA

Not sure of all my options - bust based on thier website they seem to have the support of other big players...
