This is actually the worst organization! I had been lied to with a client service consultant and billed more than 200 bucks (2mths) for FUNDAMENTAL wire and online sites.

Everything began after I got Comcast. After obtaining online also it being thus slow I named Comcast and informed them I'd A BRAND NEW pc and being online was very slow. Additionally, I'm being billed 50 for superior speed web, therefore the broker mentioned "we're sorry, I'll decrease your price, etc etc etc... I mentioned okay should you that PLEASE don't reduce my pace. Repetition states oh no never could I actually do that, child that could be sluggish, etc etc etc...

Well I get online 24 hours later and its own cold and sooooo sluggish... It eventually dawns on me the REPETITION lied and decreased my pace. I contact Comcast and affirmed he did. I had been annoyed! I told them he lied in my experience and today it had been like I'd dial-up. The brand new Repetition apoligized and stated a boss can get back after she checks out the discussion using the repetition (its registered)

No body actually gets back again to me. I've to contact Comcast AGAIN and have whats happening... The brand new REPETITION claims oh she lifted your pace back. I had been coping with plenty of individual problems and certainly had VIRTUALLY NO TIME to cope with COMCAST, and so I stated ok and ignore it...

Our web it nevertheless really sluggish, and comcast lifted my cost to more than 100 per month for fundamental support and not set my web issue.

BUT AGAIN I named and questioned why they transformed the price after I was informed they wouldnt... These were again unaware in regards to what happened. I simply couldnt describe or cope with them-so I told them I'm COMPLETED. The repetition did nothing to correct the problem they simply said sorry.

If feasible opt for another organization! The brand new organization is providing I spend 55 for both fundamental and web highspeed and when marketing has ended it'll visit 74. COMCAST never did anything just produced more issues for me personally! More income and sluggish web I settled A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF and today they need 200 going back month of support
