Poor service/overcharging billing/no support

Since august of i've been having problems with this internet and wire service. Comcast has sent over eight (9) tech. To repair these problems but still charged our account. These issues comprised within the next 5to six months although comcast extended to bill me for services they knew i was not receiving. On dec-27 of they sent a technology out who replaced the three modems they'd previously installed and to help make the system function, he'd to set up a non-secure web site. Comcast extended to charge our account. I have called within the comcast phone system more than 15 times seeking first to fix the service now to fix the billing. I believe this is a good example of an american organization dropping there fundamental customer support skills and have that comcast end with-there obvious steps of benefiting from there loyal customers within the name of greater profits. This is among the major reason produced in america is losing it's effect like a brand. Finally our bill was suppose to be a maximum of 116.00 bucks aa month. I have settled comcast since dec. 27 thru feb over 500.00 and also the still state i owe significantly more than 600.00 dollars. Comcast i believe it's time that you stand behind the standards that made you among the top cable companies and never behave like the wall street bossis who are taking this nation down. Signed fed up with being abused!!!
