Ambient Weather located at AmbientWeather.com is conducting unethical business practices. They were advertising a coupon code for free ground shipping. I placed an order. A rep contacted me indicating that they refused to honor the free shipping coupon code and that I had to place the order again and pay the full shipping cost.
If they didn't want to honor free shipping then they should not have offered it on their advertisement with a working coupon code. This is a Yahoo store which I also reported to Yahoo. The company was unwilling to accept responsibility and process my order as originally placed.instead, they cancelled my order because they don't care about customer satisfaction.
