I'm posting to talk about an extremely damaging encounter I'd with Elegantly Bound Publications by Kelly Cooke. I requested a guestbook from her on 5/17, utilizing only supplies highlighted on her behalf website, observing my wedding day of 9/4 and pre paying the entire quantity, as needed. Though her site guarantees shipping in 3-5 months, I went 7 1/2 weeks without reading something from her. Lastly, I sent to inquire about the standing of my purchase, and was informed just that there have been "a wait, " which I'd have my guide "quickly." Fourteen days later, I still had noticed nothing, and so I sent about my purchase again, telling Kelly that, at that stage, my wedding was just 5 months away. I had been informed be to "have patience, " which I'd have my purchase in 14 days. A week along with a 1/2 passes without any improvements, and so I sent Kelly again and was informed I'd have my purchase in one single week, and again was informed to become patient. At this time, I advised Kelly that my wedding was only one month away, which I truly required my book quickly. She assured that I'd contain it by Aug. 7. Unsurprisingly, this day arrived and went without any cargo, with no mail from Kelly. I eventually only needed to get my money-back, but was left without any time for you to purchase another custom guestbook.
Our advice would be to simply avoid this online merchant—aside from a preliminary "sorry for that wait, " she never apologized or described why it had been difficult to load my purchase as guaranteed.
