After I put up my DSL INSTANT support I had been informed from the guy from at&t that my device could be free becuase I had been purchasing a pace greater than dsl lite. After I got my statement I had been billed $100.00 for that device. I named plus they explained the mentioned the consideration also it might have a payment period to fall-off my statement. It didn't and so I named again advertisement was informed that it might occupy to 2 weeks ]. And so I waited so when it NEVERTHELESS didn't come off my statement I named AGAIN, which period I talked to somebody who declined to consider the charge-off and (at the moment I had been rescheduling my web anyhow) requested me to maintain my web switched on of course if I did so she'd renounce the charge, but I'd need to spend easily didnt wish to maintain my web on. I had been upset at this time, for I had been informed within the begininng that I'd not be billed for this. And so I hung-up and named back and requested to remove my whole service including telephone support. The woman I had been talking with questioned why I needed to remove my support and that I informed her why... At this time I had been informed (cant remeber easily was transferred to another person or not) that she'd look after it as well as for me not to be worried about it, the cost could definetly come down.

As time passes approved the cost was NEVERTHELESS on the website and that I called back on 12/2 and the lady i spoke to refused to take the charge off and siad that I had to pay it, she said that it didnt matter what i was told, she said that the modem came with a book explaining the fee etc, i asked to speak to manager, and she told me thatone of the persons I has spoke with about this sent the account to dipuste and a mamager denied it and closed it (which I was ignorant had occurred) Which no supervisor will go down, I nevertheless requested to talk to a and he or she set me on-hold after which explained the supervisor would need to contact be in 24 hours. She was also fast to inform me that she'd informed the supervisor my issue and he reassured her he wouldnt do something. I'd requested her to draw the telephone record in the evening i put up support and he or she explained that despite what individuals believe, the calls arent documented. At this time I had been so annoyed I had been sobbing about the telephone together with her and that I informed her I didnt such as the method they're treateing people and required to disconnected my telephone support, she explained that she'd need to move me becuase that wasnt her division so when she returned about the telephone she was fast to inform me again that she'd informed them why I needed to disconnected and really she talked in my experience the entire period throughout the demand to diconnect, she wouldnt place that department about the phone she did it Himself, and that I should state it had been immediate.

I didnt like they approach I had been handled. And that I WOn't conduct business together again. I thought they're placing people as much as grab their cash. Plus they don't care what their salesmen inform clients.
