My father and I ordered ink from this company because they swore to us it would last us 2x long then HP ink cartrigdes. We got the ink and it lasts us half as long as HP ink. We were extremely unhappy with our purchase with them. We told them our problem and they did nothing, So we held off on our payment to them. They kept calling and calling and calling and we told them but they did not care.
After 2 months of this B.S. The women they had calling us started calling us childish and that we needed to grow up. I was so angry with this. I asked to speak to her manager and she she said no, than she continued to to say she was the manager. Never make the same mistake as we did and never do buisness with the cheaters. There is too little ink in their cartridges and too little patience with them as well.
