Scout.com is website that provides information on high school and college football teams and also has forums and hosts fan sites for specific teams, which includes articles about your favorite college team. They offer a free 7 day trial offer but the only way to cancel is by calling them on the phone and of course they do not answer their phones, it will ring until an answering machine picks up and they tell you to leave a message. They do provide the services they offer, but They are a ripoff because they do not let you cancel. Since I have never been able to reach them on the phone, I simply called my credit card company.
I have heard from other people that trying to cancel after an automatic renewal is difficult as well and impossible to get a refund. Once you sign up, they will continue to charge your credit card until you cancel, which is difficult if they do not answer their phones. My advice is to talk to your credit card company if scout.com charges you after you have tried to cancel and could not reach anyone. Basically they have no customer service. The articles were not even that great and most of the info can be found on other fan boards. Don't be tempted.
