I emailed this company looking to buy a list of names for a mailer we were doing. The gentleman missed my name on numerous emails and called me Shelia instead. This is a response that I got from a Sales rep in the organization. The President of my organization called and spoke to the rep and was hung up on twice and then spoke to the President of Nationwide List Company and he said that he saw nothing wrong with the email below.

Good luck with your list "..." and get the stick out of your butt when you have a chance.
